Liu affirmed Sinopharm's commitment to implementing the important strategic consensus reached between the two countries' leaders. Following Belarusian First Deputy Prime Minister Nikolai Snopkov’s visit last year, Sinopharm established a joint working group with the Belarusian Ministry of Health. Both sides have since deepened cooperation in various fields such as pharmaceutical trade, industry, engineering and services, yielding positive results.
Liu elaborated on Sinopharm's recent achievements and its overall development strategy, which focuses on the entire lifecycle, industry chain and ecological circle. He emphasized the group's determination to leverage its strength to enhance all-round cooperation with Belarus in the medical and health sector, thus contributing to the well-being of both peoples.
Ambassador Chervyakov conveyed greetings from the Belarusian first deputy prime minister. He commended Liu for his role as one of the builders of the Great Stone Industrial Park, a model project showcasing mutual cooperation and shared benefits.
The ambassador reviewed the close collaboration between Sinopharm and Belarus in various healthcare fields and expressed hope to create a new paradigm of friendly cooperation between the two countries in biomedicine, medical devices, pharmaceutical manufacturing and medical services.

Officials from the Belarusian ministries of economy and health accompanied the ambassador's visit. Also present at the event were Sinopharm Deputy General Manager Jin Bin and representatives from Sinopharm’s headquarters and its subsidiaries.
