Retaining its "New Era, Shared Future" theme, the seventh China International Import Expo (CIIE) opened in Shanghai on Nov 5.

The event brought together 3,496 exhibitors from 129 countries and regions, showcasing more than 400 new products, technologies and services.

A delegation from China National Pharmaceutical Group Co Ltd (Sinopharm), a leader in China’s healthcare industry and a key force in building a global community of health for all, participated in this year’s CIIE.

The delegation was led by Chairman Bai Zhongquan, with deputy general manager Hu Jianwei serving as the delegation head, and included nearly 500 representatives from over 60 Sinopharm subsidiaries.

They engaged in various activities, including procurement and exhibitions, further demonstrating the group’s dedication to global collaboration and innovation.

Bai also participated in the symposium with CIIE exhibitors and buyers, as well as the opening ceremony of the seventh CIIE and the Hongqiao International Economic Forum.

For seven years running, Sinopharm has leveraged the CIIE platform to collaborate with global suppliers and introduced advanced medical technologies and products, spanning high-end medical equipment, precision devices, innovative pharmaceuticals and healthcare solutions, further deepening international cooperation in the industrial and supply chains.
